All orders at mlprinthub are shipped through reliable courier partners across India.

At the time of dispatch, your order may be shipped via available courier services such as Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post, depending on serviceability and location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email or WhatsApp. This can be used to track your shipment directly through the respective courier partner.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

All shipments are handled by third-party courier services.

After dispatch, tracking updates and delivery are managed by the courier company. Customers are requested to regularly track their shipment using the provided tracking details and ensure availability for successful delivery.

Important Delivery Guidelines

• Please provide complete and accurate address details along with a valid contact number at the time of placing the order.
• Delivery agents may contact you for coordination; ensure your phone is reachable.
• If the shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier service. Orders shipped to distant regions such as North or South India may take slightly longer than usual.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

As most products are customized or made-to-order, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not applicable after order confirmation.

Damaged or Missing Items

To report any issue related to damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Unboxing Requirements

1. The parcel must be shown clearly from all sides before opening.
2. The video must be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts or edits.
3. The issue must be clearly visible in the recording.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
